Some of you may remember that we featured Mel and Patchie in one of our ParelliTube videos. Their amazing footage lead to an invite to be part of our Savvy Team at the Sydney ShareParelli event last May.
Pat then invited the duo to take part in the Savvy Summit, which lead to a 2 hour lesson with Pat Parelli (how cool?).
We have just heard from Pat (Mel’s mum) who says:
“Mel has been riding almost every day since Sydney, with a big smile on her face……. and has seen BIG change in Patchie.
The bond between them has developed so much further since their lesson with Pat on the Sunday, and she is now very dedicated to achieving her Level 3 with Patchie before she turns 13 next May.”
We appreciate the update and know that the future is secure for horses and humans when youngsters like Mel are dedicated to becoming the best ‘young horse trainer’ that they can be!

When I watch you ride, you remind me of Linda Parelli. She works so hard demonstrating how to better sit and balance at the canter and you just do it naturally. Very cool.
